Website & Service Terms

These terms set out the general conditions for using the Culinary Strategy website and CSA FSMS. Customer-specific commercial terms may also be contained in an accepted order form, subscription confirmation or service agreement.

Effective: 17 October 2026

About the service

CSA FSMS is a digital food-safety management platform designed to support operational records, corrective actions, evidence retrieval, management oversight and audit readiness.

Not certification or regulatory approval

CSA FSMS is not affiliated with or endorsed by FSSAI. The FSMS, its checklist mapping and any internal readiness assessment are management tools. They do not constitute certification, regulatory approval, legal advice, a food-business licence or a substitute for a competent third-party audit where one is required.

Customer responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for their food-safety obligations, the accuracy of records entered by their users, appropriate staff training and supervision, maintaining required licences and documents, and deciding how the system is configured for their operation.

Accounts and access

Users must keep login credentials secure and use the service only within the access granted to them. Customers are responsible for promptly updating access when staff roles change.

Subscriptions and pricing

Public website pricing is indicative of standard subscriptions and may exclude applicable taxes, bespoke integrations, custom development, complex migration, on-site implementation or training. The price and scope agreed for a customer are the terms shown in the applicable order or subscription confirmation.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to defeat access controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, access another customer's information, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The Culinary Strategy brand, software, interface, documentation and website content remain the property of their respective owners. Customers retain responsibility for, and rights in, the operational content and records they create or upload, subject to the rights required for Culinary Strategy to host and provide the service.

Availability and changes

Culinary Strategy may update the service, interfaces and supporting material over time. Planned or emergency maintenance may occasionally affect availability.
